By placing an order and paying for the service, the client expressly requests the start of performance before the expiration of the legal 14-day withdrawal period applicable to distance contracts. Since the services are digital, personalized, and executed according to the client's requirements, the right of withdrawal is lost once the service execution begins.

Service provision begins from the moment work resources are allocated, requirements are analyzed, or any project-related activity is initiated, including communication, consulting, analysis, research, structuring, or the actual creation of materials. From that moment, the service is considered in progress.
For this reason, paid amounts are non-refundable after the start of performance. Services cannot be returned because they represent intellectual work and time allocated to the project, and the result cannot be withdrawn or resold to another client. Each project is created specifically for the beneficiary and does not constitute a standard product.

For website, blog, or online store creation services, payment represents reservation of work capacity and initiation of the development process. For services such as SEO optimization, eBook creation, video or text content creation, evaluations, or consulting, the activity begins through analysis and preparation even before final materials are delivered. These stages involve time and resources and cannot be retroactively canceled.

The client is required to provide the necessary information for service execution within a reasonable timeframe. Delay or absence of information does not constitute grounds for a refund. The project may be suspended until the data are received but cannot be canceled with reimbursement.

If the client voluntarily withdraws after work has started, the service is considered partially or fully consumed depending on the project stage, without obligation to return payment. If the service has not actually begun and no work time has been allocated, cancellation and refund may be considered, but only before the initiation of any activity.

If technical errors attributable to the provider occur or the delivery clearly does not comply with the initially established specifications, they will be corrected without additional cost within a reasonable timeframe. Correction represents the applicable solution, not a refund, because the digital service can be adjusted.

The services include an obligation of diligence, not an obligation of financial or commercial results. For example, for SEO optimization, consulting, or content creation, search engine rankings, traffic, sales, or profit are not guaranteed. Performance depends on external factors such as competition, market conditions, client promotion efforts, and how the delivered materials are used.
